Claudine Jackson LLB Hons TEP

Director

Claudine is the founder of The Estate Planner’s Toolkit and chief content creator. Claudine came up with the toolkit idea during the first lockdown in 2020.

Frustrated by a lack of good quality resources, Claudine worked on creating a set of factsheets and property trust video to use with her clients. It quickly dawned upon her that other practitioners would benefit from these resources too and The Estate Planner’s Toolkit was born!

Alongside The Estate Planner’s Toolkit, Claudine runs a successful will-writing business, which continues to be the inspiration for developing new toolkit resources. Claudine is STEP-qualified and attends CPD events held by STEP, The Society of Will Writers and BEST foundation.

Sally Jackson FPFS

Director

Charted Financial Planner (Fellow of The Personal Finance Society), Sally specialises in inheritance tax planning, pensions and investments. She enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their financial planning goals and has studied to the highest level to achieve Fellowship.

Sally was heavily involved in the toolkit concept from the beginning and there is a fiercely contested debate over who came up with the name.

Sally has been instrumental in contributing to the inheritance tax, lifetime gifts and pensions and inheritance tax factsheets. She offers a valuable second pair of eyes on many other resources too.
